Our Approach

We started with a two-week audit of every document type in their pipeline 23 distinct formats, each with its own extraction logic. Rather than a generic OCR layer, we built format-specific extractors with validation logic designed around their underwriting rules. The multi-agent architecture meant each stage could fail safely and escalate to human review with full context.
